By accessing or using PetPrints, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
Use of Service
You may use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
- Upload inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted images
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service
- Use the service to transmit malware or harmful code
- Impersonate another person or entity
User Content
You retain all rights to the photos you upload. By uploading content to PetPrints, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your images solely for the purpose of creating and fulfilling your orders.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload and that your content does not violate any third-party rights.
Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
- Prices are in USD and subject to change without notice
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe
- You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information
- Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 1 hour of purchase
Shipping and Delivery
We strive to ship orders within the estimated timeframes, but shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel your order at any time within one (1) hour of placing it and receive a full refund, issued automatically to your original payment method. After this one-hour window, orders can no longer be cancelled, as production may have already begun.
- Full refund available within 1 hour of purchase — cancel directly from your My Orders page
- After 1 hour, orders can no longer be cancelled
- Refunds are not offered for products received in good condition
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or refund
Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PetPrints and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
AI-generated artwork created through our service is provided for your personal use on the products you purchase. You may not resell or redistribute the AI-generated artwork separately from our products.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PetPrints shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
